important appointments. We understand the urgency these
situations often carry. Call us directly at (215) 932-3000 for
hospital visits. Access and the signer’s ability to participate must be confirmed; completion is not guaranteed. Prepare for a facility visit.
Your title company or lender will send us your closing package.
We come to your appointment, identify signature, date, and
initial locations according to the package, and coordinate its
return with the title company or lender. Questions about loan
terms or legal meaning go to your lender or attorney. Have your
identification ready.
Yes. Each parent or guardian signing the consent must appear with photo ID and its front-and-back photocopy. Wait to sign until directed by the notary. Passport requirements vary by situation; read the DS-3053 preparation guide before booking.

Same-day appointments are often available. For urgent or

and weekend appointments are available by advance booking.
Travel fees are based on total round-trip mileage from our Newtown-area service base. Published travel bands: 0–5 miles $35; 6–10 miles $70; 11–20 miles $100; 21–30 miles $125; 31–40 miles $150. Appointments beyond 40 total round-trip miles require a custom quote. You may still request the appointment — Bucks Notary will confirm pricing before finalizing. No travel amount is charged until that quote is confirmed.
